Music Review: Pages by Shane and Shane

I bought this album several months ago not knowing much about Shane and Shane at all. I was happy with my David Crowder and Chris Tomlin (which for some reason I always end up deleting to correct my mispelling of name as "Christ Omlin"). I was nervous because one of my friends from college recommended it and I was a bit weary of his musical taste in general. I bought it after previewing it on iTunes and was pleasantly surprised. I opted for the Special Addition because I am a huge fan of acoustic sets. Also to my delight was that almost all of Shane and Shane's music is acoustic centered. Soaring lyrics about the truth of God made my soul sing for joy. They have become my new favorite right next to Crowder. The depth of their lyrics along with great music sets this album at the top of my list. If you like to purchase the actual CD, grab it from Amazon. Otherwise click on the album art and you can go to iTunes to get it.

Favorite Songs: Vision of You, In You, Embracing Accusations, Before the Throne (Acoustic)
